Qureshi was born in New Delhi, India, into a Muslim household. Her mother, Ameena Qureshi, is a housewife; her father, Saleem Qureshi, is a restaurateur who owns the Saleem’s restaurant brand. Qureshi was young, the family moved to South Delhi.
